1. Products & Availability

All items listed on our store are subject to availability. We specialize in trading card game (TCG) products — including Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and other sealed collectibles. Product images are for reference only; actual product packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

2. Condition Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sealed products are factory-sealed and sourced from authorized distributors or reputable retail partners.

We do not guarantee specific pulls, chase cards, or manufacturing conditions such as minor packaging dents. For sealed collectors, we make every effort to pack items safely and securely.

Singles (if listed) are sold “as-is” with condition grades noted in descriptions. Grading opinions are subjective and non-refundable once shipped.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which includes major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other accepted methods.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified.

 

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

We ship primarily via USPS or UPS with tracking. Once a tracking number is issued, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, though we will assist in filing carrier claims where possible.

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information at checkout.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

 

 

Due to the collectible nature of TCG products, all sales are final unless a wrong item is received or the item arrives damaged in a way that affects its sealed condition.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your contact email] with photos of the product and packaging.

 

6. Preorders

 

 

 

Preorder release dates are determined by the manufacturer and are subject to change. If an allocation or supply issue occurs, refunds or partial fulfillment may be issued at our discretion.

Preorders cannot be canceled once placed unless we cannot fulfill the order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Super Sealed Collectibles is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products.

By purchasing from us, you agree that our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.
